If you changed the OS, you need to download & install the Windows XP drivers from your laptop or pre-built computer manufacturer's site.
If PC was not pre-built, download drivers from motherboard manufacturer's site instead.
Use another PC to download the drivers to a pen drive, then plug pen drive in to the PC which needs those drivers.
