Graphics Card upgrade: Pascal or Maxwell?

Should I upgrade to a GTX 1070 Strix, GTX 1070 or GTX 970?

My specs are:

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z170-D3H

CPU: Intel i5-6600K (3.5GHz)

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212X

RAM: 8GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 2400Mhz

GPU: Gigabyte GTX 960 4GB

PSU: Cooler Master G750M

(Yes, I know the PSU is a little overboard, but it was my first PC so I didn't know much abt PSUs and power consumption)

P.S. Do you think the CPU also needs to be upgraded?

The games you play can currently be played on the GTX 960, all yo uhave to do is reduce texture. RX 480 will arrive in 1 month in your store (that's the latest point, if you have 1070 already then you will get the 480 on time as well), and yes rx 480 is the best GPU for you.

Monitor is 1080p 60Hz, I play LoL, GTA V and sometimes CS:GO

It's just that in the store that I buy my parts in and where I live (Vietnam) I suspect that they will not get the rx 480 until quite a while after the 1080's and 1070's release
