I bought this computer for the game dota 2, is it good enough to run in high quality?

You can't game at high. You have the Kaveri r7 which is even limited to 384 cores. Pretty poor GPU. 720p at medium would get you around 40fps but that's about it.

It means that your graphics is integrated to the CPU. They are fine for some casual gaming on not very high settings at lower resolutions.
For the best experience, you might need to add a discreet video card. Just try to see if what you have does the job. If not, post your monitor resolution and we can suggest a card for you to add.

you buy a separete graphics card like amd r9 and attachet it in you pci expres slot to play your games in 1080 but you will need a new power suppy maybe.
