Many systems have a fail-safe to load a new bios in case of a corrupt install.
Download the most recent BIOS version and place it in the root directory of either a USB drive or writeable CD/DVD. Make sure you read the instructions of the file you download: you may have to extract it first or rename it or something similar.
Insert the drive with the bios file and turn your computer on. When the bios fails to load, it may look for a suitable bios file to flash and it should find the one you downloaded and automatically flash it.

That's the procedure for a lot of computers, but there can be a lot of variations. If you aren't able to get it, I would recommend starting a new thread and post your exact system model.
