In windows 10, i'm having a RAM issue.
The total installed memory is 16.00 GB. (8 GB x 2)
However, in system & BIOS, it shows 8 GB installed RAM.
I tried to individually test RAM stick... And when 1 x 8 GB installed, Installed Memory shows 4.00 GB. Looks like my system only recognizes half of what is physically installed.
Any help on how to fix that?
