Cpu too hot! Tried everything.

I have tried everything, I switched out the cpu cooler reapplied my thermal paste and my idle temps are still in the 75c. I don't know what to do please help

Sounds like the CPU cooler isn't seated correctly, what cooler, CPU, and motherboard do you have?

Even if you think it is installed correctly. I can tell you it's very common mistake. I've spent too many hours troubleshooting before realizing I forgot the 4th screw on my heatsink

I am using a AMD Athlon X4 860K for processor
Gigabyte GA-F2A68HM-H Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard.

I am using hwinfo to check my temps
