i have this graphics card https://www.asus.com/Graphics-Cards/GTX760DC2T2GD5SSU/ for about 1 year and by this time is starting to heat like hell.
It idles at 40ºc and goes up to 82º while gaming "even if its set to low graphics" . most of the time i set the fans at max rpm and still goes to 80º c
i tried to clean it from the outside with a air pressure gun and no effects
on the 1st year when i bought it ,it was ok it didnt go more than 60ºc
now im concerned because i dont to ruin my graphics card and my pc side panel because it heats so much and starts making noises
and no i dont overclock it
can you help me?
thanks

Something that i noticed too is that its a litle bit inclined and that on the back plate has a litle bit of grease or oil i dont know whats that, its not leaking the cpu cooler
i can show some pics ,but first i need to know to post them :)

I don't agree, 82c is not fine for everyday gaming and "Low settings", a 760 should run high 60's maybe low 70's MAX... not that its really hurting the GPU much, it might be throttling, either way its not very normal for a 760, clean the fans and set a more aggressive fan curve with MSI afterburner
