I have just discovered that System Interrupts has been taking up a ridiculous amount of CPU. After comparing my usage with a friend's, I have realised that this may be causing issues I have been having. I have taken a screenshot of a test I ran on LatencyMon: http://prntscr.com/beoour Please help!
