so i overclocked my gtx 1080 to 2ghz while it works fine on bf4 at 4k on ultra and stays above 2ghz however when im playing cities skyline my gpu drops down to 1350 mhz for whatever reason and is giving me 30 fps at 1080p when i zoom into the building, gpu runs quite cool too so heating isnt the problem, any help would be great
