My PC is having problems loading and shutting down games. I noticed that my harddrive is running at 100% when the problem occurs. My ram only runs around 15% and same for my cpu. My graphics drivers are also failing time and time again.

8gb PNY XLR8 ram
AMD Phenom II 3.42 x4
Radeon Sapphire HD7770 running with Crimson(too old of a card for the driver?)
500gb seagate SATA HDD (Barracuda 7200-10)
