Okay so my issues is that I want to limit the amount of internet usage a computer is using. I help pay for the internet and the person that is using it all is not....
I notice trying to download something that I am only getting 5 mbs down, when it should be 60. The speed is fine and I know they are over using it. So I am trying to find a way to set a limit of usage or speed they can use. I don't no much about networking but willing to learn, I have a Cisco Linkys E1000 model router. Do I have to do something in the settings or somehow in the modem?
Im not trying to sound greedy, but as the one paying for it then not even to watch a simple stream is getting old. I just want to limit the amount their computer use, any options help thank you.
