Asus Z9PE-D16 or ASRock EP2C602-2L+/D16 ?

Hello,

This is my first time to build a workstation more focus on 3d rendering so processor is the most important item , i choose 2* xeon e5-2670, which is very cheap at eBay, but can't choose a good motherboard.

** Asus Z9PE-D16
has a very good features , reasonable price and bad feedback, most of the buyers feedback against Asus.

** ASRock EP2C602-2L+/D16
normal features as a workstation mobo , very high price about +180$ over the Asus and better feedback.

through your experience which one shall i proceed with ?

please note: i live in Egypt and will buy from USA , it will not be easy to return/refund items.

ASUS Z9PE-D16 : Reasonable Features, More Storage RAID
ASRock EP2C602-2L+/D16 : Somewhat pricey, but if you can find a good deal, it won't be matter. Also it has a better look with a VRM heatsink, which its a benefit for a long-time server works.

So i prefer the board from ASRock, the thing is, for the Server/Big Workstation, You don't need alot of useless features. In this case, the server motherboard basically applied on a big network and mass computing. Just add a gigabit network controller if you need more network card in your workstation, it will be fine.

thanks for your interest, I think i will go for Supermicro X9DAE-O , this one got best features at both and more reasonable price, any advice will be appreciated.
