My computer detects that I have all the RAM installed, but is only using 7.97GB of it. As a gamer, this can be quite frustrating. I have tried some other solutions that I have come across on the internet, like this:

... and the BIOS seems to detect everything properly as well.

I am running Windows 10, and was wondering if there was anything I could do to have it detect all (if not, most) of my RAM.

Lemme know if I missed anything! I will post screenshots of anything requested. Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thank you!

Solution
I'd guess the DRAM came from different packages and not wanting to play nice, try raising the DRAM voltage to 1.56 and the CPU/NB voltage to 1.25 and see if it stabilizes things

Did you check that the RAM have been properly inserted? You could try re-seat the RAM, if you haven't done so already.
In the BIOS, you might as well also check if you're using XMP, to make your RAM run at their advertised speeds.
Also, have you updated your motherboard firmware?
