What is the ideal temperature for the CPU for this build and what is the best thermal paste I should use

Basically, there's no ideal Temp for any CPU/GPU because they're come with the different TDP

I can say your 6700k will idle at around 38 to 50 with a rated TDP of 91W (im not pretty sure about this)
and your GTX 1080 will reach idle temp at ~42 degrees, and full load around 65 to 75 degrees celcius.
