As I said, *nearly* everything. 3.3V and 5V are still used for minor loads like supervision circuitry and analog stuff but all of the major loads (CPUs, GPUs, DRAM, HDDs, ODDs, fans, etc.) draw the bulk of their power from point-of-load switching regulators powered from the 12V rail.

the 12v rail is 465w
is that mean i am safe as my psu can run untill 576w at 12v rail?
