What might be the problem? I bought this pc about 2 years ago, a year ago the cpu fan started to get noisy, it never really concerned me until i checked the temps yesterday, no wonder why it was so noisy!

CPU is an AMD a10 7800 and gpu is an integrated AMD radeon r7 graphics

Im pretty sure its not my cpu cooler because the gpu is running hot also, so what might cause this?

Also what makes it weird when its idle the temperatures jump rapidly from 55-80C, this caught my attention too

How do i fix? Thank you

Use cans of compressed air or an air compressor, take the computer outside and blow the dust off the heatsinks and fans of the CPU and GPU (use short bursts to prevent moisture from coming out). Blow out the PSU and RAM as well. Don't let the fans spin too fast or you might damage the bearing. It's integrated GPU so should be just the one HSF. Then check your temps.

If that doesn't work, try replacing the thermal paste with some Arctic MX-4. The stuff on there now could be dried out and ineffective.
