First you must be 100% sure you have the correct ip address. Look in the network part of the resource monitor while the game is running and see what ip it is using.

Try to run a continuous ping in a cmd window you have in the background while you play the game. See if the results agree. Many times the game will say it has network delays when it is actually some issue in the game client causing the delay. I have seen people say changing the video setting resolve this even though that is kinda crazy.

If you see actual network delays on the ping then what you do is build your own ping plot. You would run a tracert to the ip and then open multiple cmd windows and run continuous pings and see which one the large problems start in...
You are getting 53ms ping times so this shows no latency issues.

This is your classic case of the tool confusing people. If hop 6 was really losing 90% or more of the data then the data from hop 7 would lose 90% since it must pass though hop6. Since it does not do that then this is just one of those strange things you see in tools like this. Could be a number of reasons but the most common is the device in hop 6 is busy doing more important stuff like passing actually user data and does not feel responding to ping commands is as important.

The last hop losing everything also means nothing. Obviously you can play the game and if you had 100% loss that would not be true. This is just a firewall preventing the tool from getting responses.

Your trace show no network issues. It either means the game client is measuring something else or the problem is intermittent and you did not happen to catch it when you ran the pingplot.

The bad news is you really can only fix hop1 which is your router or hop2 which is the connection between your house and the ISP. If it was say in hop 6 what can you do. If you were to call level3 even in germany they would pretty much just ignore you. You are not their direct customer and might be some kind of scammer trying to social engineer a hack on their network.

i did search some stuff about mtu size n what is the best n found out that i had to ping ips with diferent mtu size to check what the best
i found out that mine is 1464 the next one 1465 times out
so then i went on my router n was set at 1496 n change it to 1464 also used tcp optimizer to change it from also my pc to same number

so u think this is valid ?
ill check game if it shows any better

btw thx for ur time mate answering me
