Is this rig good enough to play today's games at atleast 30fps?

Hi guys! I am going to buy a whole new rig. I want to play today's games like Assassins Creed Syndicate, Doom 4, GTA V,etc. at atleast 30fps @ 1080p. This is the rig which i would be buying:
Cpu: AMD FX-6300

MOBO: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3

GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 Asus Strix DirectCU II OC 4GB Edition

RAM Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB

PSU: Antec VP450P 450W

So, can I run the above mentioned games at 30fps in 1080p with this rig?

Should be able to run those games easily at 1080p. May I know your budget? I can probably give you a better option. Also, the RX 480 and 470 is coming out in the near future.

Thanks for the answer. My budget is between 550$ to 600$. I would be happy to spend less than 550$.

THANKS. That means this will be a lot better than GTX 960. By the way will this card be compatible with my mobo- Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3?
