Which cpu do I need?

I'm stuck between i6700k, I7 5820, i7 5930k
I want my build to be future proof (games are starting to use more cores which is why I have the i7 5000 as options). and I want to game/stream
I only want dual sli probably womt ever get 3 way
I wanna use a m.2
And I wanna use the elgato game capture that goes into a pcie lane
So will the i7 6700 have enough ppcie lanes to be able to have all this on my build or would i have to use the i75000s? Thanks

With the requirements you have, you want ideally 32 PCIE lanes for the GPUs, then another 4 for the SSD and then the last 4 get used for the capture card, so go with the i7 5930k, it will be the best choice and it also overclocks better than the i7 5820k

There is no such thing as "FUTURE PROOF" :)
i7-6700K is enough. But that is the bare minimum.
And there is not much point in SLI. Get the best single card you can afford and upgrade it in a year or so.
GTX 1080 is doing good job even on 4k monitors. GTX 1080ti will do even better ;)
