I'm thinking of buying a new phone and the Galaxy S6 Edge seems like my best choice. The only thing worrying me is it's battery life. I currently have a Galaxy S3 and it's battery life barely lasts through the day.

So my question is, will the battery life on the S6 Edge last the whole day from early morning to late evening?

Thanks.

depends on what you do with it, signal strength, etc. nothing that can be answered. My oneplusone can go a whole day and use about 25% if I'm working from home, taking calls etc. BUT when i go into the office and am on the train for over an hour the constant hunting for signal and web browsing uses about 20% by the time I get to work.

Well during one day I would use it for a few calls and texts but mostly internet browsing and watching videos or streams. Do you think the battery life would last a whole day when doing this for a few hours? Thanks for your answer.

I hate my S6, and went back to the S5, The battery life was one of the many reasons. It dies painfully fast, and I also see many customers in the shop I work in submit S6's for bad batteries, but in all actuality the battery is just pretty crappy. Very happy with having gone back to the S5, will keep for a few years as long as this one doesnt break. lol
