May not be recognizing one of the memory modules.

Check that all are properly seated. Might be some memory module mix/match issue. Normally I would expect some error message.

You system memory will also only perform at the speed of the slowest memory module(s). Can and will bottleneck overall performance.

You could try running some utility program to test/check/identify the memory modules. CPU-z as an example. There are others. However, be careful what you download.....

When your computer boots up you should see some displayed key to press to enter BIOS. You have to press that key within some given time to interrupt the boot process and go into BIOS. Usually key is F2 but can be other Function keys as well.

Once in BIOs just go through the menus and look for memory related settings. Do not change anything until you are sure you have found the right place. Cancel or exit without saving if you think you have accidently changed something.

Also: How many memory slots does your computer have and what size memory modules are installed? Matched pairs?

It has 4ddr2 800mhz slots.Currently I have 2gb 800mhz,1gb crosair 800mhz,and 1gb 800mhz.That's in mb,I have one of XTREME ddr2 2gb 800mhz and one 512mb ddr2 533mhz.Somehow I managed before with 6gb to turn pc without beeping but It won't load system. After I take off XTREME memory then boots up.And thanx for that bios I will try that later I will open only IF I find something to have job with Ram memory.
