The Antec VP 500 P should be alright for your build. I can't find a specific review on it, but the VP 450 gets good reviews and is a Tier 3 PSU on Tom's PSU charts. It does have all these safety features which are pretty good for a budget PSU and it has more than enough wattage for your build:

Over Current Protection (OCP).
Over Voltage Protection (OVP).
Under Voltage Protection (UVP).
Over Power Protection (OPP).
Surge & Inrush Protection (SIP).
