computer restarts enter setup to recover bios

Solution
To load the bios, you can see help with F1 (nowadasys bios) or F6 or See load optimized deafults menu in bios, but first you have to go in the BIOS. Well, maybe removing and replacing ram will help, also BIOS' battery is a circle battery with 3V label, removing it for 30 minutes (approximately) will clear the bios.

enter your bios and Restore or load optimized setting for your Bios. If you are keep see that message, try to change the CMOS battery, sometimes that battery is going weak and the bios can't get a power supplies and reset the bios repeteatedly itself

@MCID47 How do I restore my BIOS settings or set optimised BIOS values from SETUP screen? F2 doesn't help me in any way as pc doesn't stop restarting.. Will removing and placing the RAM back do the trick? And btw where is the battery for BIOS?
