Yes it is compatible. You will install it in the top PCIE x16 slot.

Honestly your stuff is ancient. Those are several, or wven many generations old now. It supports older dual core CPUs only? You won't be getting any great performance. Anyways it is compatible but will be limited by the slower bandwidth of the mobo. I would suggest you get a new system that's more powerful and use a better GPU.
