Check what frequency your RAM is running at. According to the spec sheet for your motherboard, it doesn't *really* support 1600mHz RAM. There is a disclaimer that it will only go to 1600 from OC, which might explain the instability. If you can get to the BIOS, dropping the frequency to 1333mHz might fix your problem.

In that case, you can try running memtest86+ to make sure the G.Skill stick is okay, you may need to submit an RMA. If the stick is fine, you can try clearing CMOS. One of those two steps will usually work for RAM issues.

Well, for memtest, you'll need another computer. Or put your old stick in and do it that way.

Go to this site:
http://www.memtest.org/

The download link is halfway down the page. Now that you have the ISO image, you'll need to use Rufus, PowerISO or IMGBurn to make a bootable CD or USB stick (take your pick). Boot off your chosen media with the G.Skill stick installed and let it run to completion at least twice (will probably take a few hours). If you start getting errors, the stick is faulty.

As for clearing CMOS, there should be a jumper switch on your motherboard. Where exactly varies by model, so you'll have to consult your manual on that one.

I tried running memtest on the new RAM but its not working the screen goes blue/green or blue/red and then restarts the PC but the same test works perfectly on my old RAM stick..... So i guess the RAM stick is Faulty and hence returning it. Thank you for all your help or else i would be dead cold worrying hard af about it........ Really Thank you very much.
