how to fix slow upload speed if I had no QOS features

I HAD A TP-LINK WITH DOWNLOAD SPEED OF 1 MBPS BUT FROM A PERIOD OF TIME THE UPLOAD SPEED HAS BEING REALLY SLOW AND THERE IS NO QOS FEATURES SO WHAT CAN I DO

You would have to use applications in the end equipment to limit the speed.

Even if you had a router that has QoS it works very poorly on connections that are very slow. It uses average rates over time. It tends to be very hard to avoid spikes because there is a minimum amount of data you must send. This is a extremely complex topic related to what are called burst rates.

You will have a similar issue even if you use software to limit the rates in the end user pc. When the connection speed is small it is very tricky to get this to work without a lot of knowledge of how data is really being transferred.
