Ok guys I'm trying to play dark souls 3. I've optimized my computer the best I can that I know of software wise but still getting around 8-15 fps which is not doable. I have a geforce 650 ti and the game says it requires a 750 ti but I liked looked online and there doesn't seem tobe much difference in between the 2 cards. I'm running a quad core amd 4300 and they're saying I should have an i3 recommend an i7 is this where my problem is? They recommend 6g of RAM and I have 8 so good there. HELP PLEASE

Solution
Your CPU is below system requirements and so is your 650Ti, although your 650Ti is fine, your CPU is a bit weak for DSIII. Try lowering your resolution or optimizing with nVidia Experience.

I would go with the 950, it shouldn't bottleneck enough to notice on The Division (possibly lots of other games). The 950 is a lot better than the 750Ti, but draws more power as a result. If you have a good/reliable power supply, 950, if you don't, the 750Ti would be good (not too much better than your 650Ti, but still better). I tend to stay away from SLI, especially for 'lower-end' (entry to middle-end almost?) cards like the 650Ti, and even higher-end cards, more power draw and heat.
