When I got my gaming PC the TX3 Evo CPU cooler was facing my GPU (The fan was facing on it) Is this bad? Because the fan sucks in the air so all it's doing is sucking the air from the GPU and through the fins so that the air exhausts at the top...

Anyways, I can't remove my GPU from my mobo. The PCI slot has this level I press it away from it and I try to lift it up but the rear side that's against the IO shield isn't coming up, I unscrewed the screws by the way and I'm using the corsair spectre-01 case. I tried to refer to the manual but I can't find anything on the problem. It's really annoying me, I hate it the way it is I get really concerned when I game.... If you have the solution please make it detailed because although people have mentioned this before all the answers only mention one thing about the lever....

I also believe that on the H81M-E33 Motherboard the PCI slot has two levers.... one on each side, I can push the other one but I'm not sure if I can even feel for the other one as it's buried underneath my GTX 970. I'm afraid I'll break it if I pull with force....

Solution
Sometimes the screw from the next slot can overhang just enough to cause this. Pushing down on the card when moving the lever helps also. Is the video cable disconnected? Is there an adapter attached to the card?
You can try to insert a wide thin screwdriver under the bent tab on top of the video card bracket and pry GENTLY upwards. Try to lift back in the corner of the bend not the outer end. If it doesn't move don't force it. Look for what's blocking it. If the bracket bends a lttle you can bend it back after the card is out. This method avoids putting any force on the card itself.
