The current graphics card is a Intel HD Graphics 4600. Would it be possible to replace it?

If not is there an external graphics card i can use?

The intel HD4600 is built into the actual CPU so you cannot change that.

The Tiny does not offer a way to mount an internal graphics card nor have an adequate power supply.

An external GPU is possible but you would need to remove the wifi card. The external GPU would not run at its full ability as it would only have a 1 lane connection to the system.
