I want to set up a VPN so I can connect to a secure server. I don't want anyone to be able to access this server other then me. The server is already established and is accessed via IP address in the URL. how would I go about doing this?

Thanks!

What you may need to do, based on the details of your setup and your own understandings, is google words such as " restrict vpn login to domain computers" (or other simliar words and phrasings) to find additional links from which to pick and choose.

How is the server configured? Require a logon. Set yourself up as the only authorized user/admin with a strong password.

Sort of feel that I am missing something so please elaborate if the problem is more than just restricting access. Thanks.

After you enter the IP address you have to login, but I want to specific computer to access the login screen, so it will block access somehow. I am not sure what you mean by how is it configured.

Best that you do that as opposed to my just cutting and pasting in additional links that would almost be "arbitrary" in many ways. Good chance that the links I find may be less than useful, contradictory, or even inapplicable.

The details of your server and network, that only you know, are what will make a link relevant and useful.

See what you can find and then apply. Work down to a specific problem or error, if any, that may occur.
