So,i have Antec VP series 500W,and i want to upgrade my VGA into XFX R9 380X,Can my PSU do it?

Solution
Probably, yes. But you will be running the PSU beyond its safe efficiency range. It will eventually take its toll on the PSU. And performance may suffer. A high quality 550W or better is generally recommended for the R9-380X.

PSUs are guilty until proven innocent in that a PSU/platform is presumed unsafe until proven otherwise, and I've yet to see a reviewer take apart this unknown platform manufactured by Guangdong Soohoo, also a manufacturer unknown for making quality PSUs. It may in fact be efficient -- though the manufacturer seems to be playing fast and loose with the 80+ given that the GP 550 itself hasn't been certified -- but without any information on the quality of the internal parts otherwise, I cannot recommend it.
