What should I upgrade to improve my gaming fps?

Hi, I have a Dell Precision M6600 with these specs:
Intel Core i7-2640M CPU @ 2.8Ghz
8GB Ram
Nvidia Quadro 3000M (4095MB memory)
Windows 7 64 bit

If I were to upgrade something to get more fps in my games what should I upgrade? I was thinking my cpu is low, but I wanted to make sure first.

You can't really upgrade that laptop, aside from adding RAM, which won't improve your framerate.

You can't upgrade it because it's very hard, if not impossible to upgrade a laptop graphics card. If you don't believe me the answer is one Google search away...

The problem is, there is no graphics "card" in most laptops, it's a chip soldered to the motherboard. The CPU in many laptops is soldered as well, but it's not in yours. The issue there is that there isn't a faster CPU your laptop will take.
