overclocking gpu with 265 watt power supply

Hi,

i recently bought a used Dell precision t1600 workstation computer.

I also bought a gigabyte r7 250 (1.1ghz)2gb ddr3 (900mhz).

My computer only has a 265 watt power supply and i would like to overclock the gpu since it's not that powerfull. The computer run fine for now but i would like to have better performance.

Any opinion about oc a gpu with 265 watt power supply ?

If it is like my Precision T3500 Workstation, there's probably no OC'ing options in BIOS anyway, is there? Workstations don't normally allow any kind of OC'ing in order to keep them stable at all times. And no, that PSU doesn't sound like one I'd want to use for OC'ing.
