I have had this problem for a few months and have tried about every possible thing I have read online and I could possible think of. I am getting random freezes with no error codes exept the one I have below and I am out of ideas. Nothing triggers it or anything. I have tried clean installs on Windows 7 and Windows 10. Nothing is overheating. I work in a computer repair shop so I have a pretty good idea what to look for but at this moment I have no idea.

Amd fx 9590
Corsair RM850 PSU
Asus Sabertooth 990fx Rev. 2
Radeon R90 280x
4x4 GB sticks of Corsair Vengeance
Kingston SSD and Samsung Evo SSD (Problem occurs on both)
Samsung 1 TB HDD as backup
Raijintek Triton Blue AIO liquid cooler

Any help would be nice because I am out of ideas. Let me know if you need anything else to help.

Hello... 1) Do you have a lot of USB devices? do you have a Damaged MB USB connector? Have you tried a different mouse?... these devices have and USE +5Vdc from the PS... the connector, insulation or cable damage could be shorting the PS into shut down?... Maybe the mouse cable got "Pinched"?

2) Any device that using power from the PS, or connected to the MB could be causing a Power Supply shut down...

3) Take a spare drive and Test your System with Win 7 installed.

4) There are a lot very small and Soldered electrical connections in all the Hardware devices and Power Supplies... so Inspecting circuit boards or removing hardware and/or replacing/substitution "Rule" is how you narrow things down... depending on electrical/electronic...
Hello... let's see what the OS is reporting as the error... Right click computer-manage-Windows logs-system.... Click on the "RED" errors, for more information... and files/drivers/Apps, comments/suggestions/infomation associated with them B )

Posting screen images from here will help me, help you faster... But copy and posting text will work too B )

Hello... THX B )
1) the first two are a loss of power to the MB/hardware/OS (hardware)
2) The master browser has received a server announcement from the computer SERVERPC that believes that it is the master browser for the domain on transport NetBT_Tcpip_{14833BD1-6EF5-4681-A990-227C7D61999D}. The master browser is stopping or an election is being forced.

Type regedit... and search this class/ID "14833BD1-6EF5-4681-A990-227C7D61999D" that is the program/app associated with this error (software)
Some outside computer named "SERVERPC" is calling your computer over your "NetBT_Tcpip" OS connection. B /

I will give this a go. I am currently at work right now. My SERVERPC is my server computer that streams all the media to different computers in the house.

The above regedit fix was not found. I have recently switched to my Windows 10 SSD and this is the error for this.

The PC is as clean as it is going to get (judging its age and old small case). I've orginaized the cables allowing decent flow, temps are low and cool. I've also made sure all cables are properly connected. Even tried f iddinling with every possible cable - inside and outside the case - while the pc runs to see if it crashes my system.

I don't know how to evaluate what might short-circuit my system. I suspect it is the PC side/case fans - but it's too hard to test properly.
Among the numerous cables (usb extenders, front audio, sata, usb, pcie, power cables, fan cables, cpu and mobo fan cables etc) - it seems impossible to judge what might circuit my board like that. I don't know what to do.

Finally -I don't have any hardware to spare - definitely not a spare PSU -unfortunately. So I can' try this low cost simple test! Sucks.
(If worse comes to worst I can ask some technician guy I know to maybe give me something - though I don't know if he will oblige and I kinda doubt it help).

Also worth noting that I can sometimes run 3 games plus browser videos at the same time. They will run horribly, but they would still run - without crashing my system.
I usually get crashes when operating the mouse, during browsing, video watching, and even during idle time. It also happens during gaming.
PC LAGS momentarily. Mouse still moves. Then you "feel" the freeze. Freezes. Black Screen. Audio still plays. Silence. Reboot.

-----
I've made a whole damn thread about this issue:
http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2896311/pcs-randomly-freezes-black-screen-audio-runs-hearable.html#18227994
Been running for over a year with no results - no solution.

So far I've tried:
ormat and clean install of Windows 10.
I have tried unplugging and re-setting:
My RAM, my GPU, all my external devices, even sata cable, inboard electrical cables (like LED/fan power/front usb cables), every other power cable.
I've also cleaned my PC from dust - made a very deep, expansive cleaning all around the case, the fans and parts.
I've also isolated loose power cables (plastic ones with many holes) and other smaller ones with tape.
Checked my case isn't grounding - I am not electrocuted at least.
Replaced motherboard battery with a new one. (round 3 V).
Also tried different Power Settings in Windows -like disabling all Sleep related settings, USB suspend, PCI-E link etc.
Tried using MSI AFTERBURNER and change to Kernel Mode.
Tried disabling other Sound Devices.
Tried Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool. No issues found.
Tried Windows Scan Disk. No issues detected.
Also made chkdsk c: /f. No issues.
Nothing helps.

UPDATE: Just had another crash. No reason other than moving and clicking the mouse.
That came after restarting my PC - after doing numerous stress testing like running many games at the time - with 0 issues.

It seems operating and clicking the mouse will prompt more reeze-crashes than actually running 1080p60fps videos, games and other stressful processes. This makes no sense. Yes I get blackscreen-freeze-reboot during idle and gaming - but it seems to happen a lot more when just browsing. I work with clients over the phone and my PC crashes so many times it is embarrassing - not to mention frustrating. Never had those issues in the past (Windows 7) - though it could be a coincidence and isn't related to the OS.

After a few weeks of uninstalling my wifi drivers and reinstalling them from the disk I have not had one single crash. I used a program that would automatically find drivers and it would download a lot of generic drivers. This seems to have been the cause of my issues. I feel like this problem is different for each person.

It would not be un-common for ME, to be asked, too inspect all the solder joints on a Power Supply or circuit board, and finding one or two near a high watt/power resistor, that have a "Cold Joint" or un-soldered themselves.
