So I bought two new sticks of RAM, Corsair Vengeance Blue 4GB 1600mhz DDR3 and whenever I install them onto my Motherboard and try to boot up my computer it freezes on the motherboard splash screen. It doesn't beep or get to the bios. I have also just tried putting one stick of memory in which does get my computer past the bios and beeps but while windows is loading it just reboots my system.

The motherboard I am using is a MSI H55M E-23.

Does anyone know if my motherboard is compatible or what i'm doing wrong?

Solution
My first thought is that the Vengeance Blue are newer sticks that use high density memory chips (like basically all DDR3 these days and aren't compatible with the older H55 chipset, might do better with GSkill's NT series of Value DRAM which is still available and made with low density Memory ICs
