Hello guys, i have small budget and i saw very beautiful games on E3, so i wanna ask you, what would be better, Xbox One or PS4 or those parts:
CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor ($94.99 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: MSI 760GMA-P34(FX) Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($36.98 @ Newegg)
Memory: Mushkin Essentials 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($48.98 @ Newegg)
Storage: Silicon Power Silm S55 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($34.99 @ Amazon)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 950 2GB FTW ACX 2.0 Video Card ($110.80 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: EVGA 430W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply ($19.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $346.73

Solution

Neither. Get the RX 460 or RX 470 coming at the end of the month. Whitchever you can afford. The RX 460, atleast, should be around the 950 pricepoint if not lower. Definitely worth the wait.
I would always go for pc unless you really care about console exclusive like Madden, halo and uncharted to name a few. You can always upgrade the parts and thats my favorite part of pc gaming. I wouldn't get that power supply since it's a low quality unit. Otherwise, well done.

Remember, you still need to buy an OS, that adds to the total. I would highly recommend going for something a little better than a GTX 950. Like a used GTX 770 or 780. However, your build will outperform a PS4 and Xbox One, but not my much.

If your budget is less than $500, just get the console. The games will be fully optimized for them unlike pc where low end pc can't play some games well.

With OS, keyboard and mouse - the total goes in $500 easily.

I forgot to mention, that i really started to like high intensy games like The Division or upcoming E3 games like Watch Dogs 2 and don't think those parts even meet requireents so i think consoles for 220 eur would be best, your thoughts ?

I would take PC over console all day, any day.
Though you should try to get a system that is better(even if not that much more expensive):

Add to this either teh RX 470 or RX 460 coming out at the end of the month. Whitchever one you can afford. The 460 will be around 100 and surely a better card than the 950.
Until then you can do some light gaming on the integrated graphics that CPU comes with.

The build i linked plus an RX 470 would play those games ALOT better than any console.

Max settings? :)))
Nope. GTA V, for example, looks about the same on consoles and on the lowest settings on PC.
If all you aim for is console quality, an avereage build will last you as long as the consoles.

You know, personaly, i don't like intel cpus (no offense), because they are expensive, like i can get AMD FX-8300 with 8 cores omg for 110$, but on intel side i3 with 2 cores :D Anyway, you saying that consoles quality isn't ultra ? So when comparing like ps4 parts and pc parts, what parts would be same/identical ?

And yet an i3 will perform better in almost any game than an fx 8300. There is a reason Intel demands and gets higher prices for their stuff: it's that much better. Don't be fooled by numbers. Be they cores, frequency whatnot.
No, a console is quite the opposite from ultra. And many if not most games run on them at max 30FPS. Some run at 1080p, some at 720p :)))
For comparison, teh equivalent GPU with the PS4(which is the more powerful of the two) would be an AMD HD 7870 which is about as fast as a GTX 660: http://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/1597?vs=1668
the cards a suggested would be twice as fast or faster that teh consoles.

Intel is expensive because its good, its all about value for money. A console might seem like a good buy, but remember the games for console are way overpriced. You can match a console with a PC any day without even thinking about the game prices. However, what makes the PC option best, is the graphics can be played at max the way the game was designed to be played, not some low settings like console.

I can't believe it, but those games require more cores like division. Now i know that cores isn't the most important thing, but which i3 parts are better than FX-8300 like FX have more cores, but i3 have more... ?

The single core performance is close to double on the i3. This is more important for most games, so long as you have 4 threads(see below)
And, while the i3 has 2 physycal cores, it can do two things at once on each, and teh system uses it as 4 threads.
To put things simple, Intel is about 4 to 6 years ahead, depending on how you look at it.
We are all keeping fingers crossed for AMD's Zen architecture that will come later this year, but, as of today, Intel is the only way to go, unfortunately.

Omy god, know i know how works cores and threads, thx man, when i upgrade, i will definetly buy intel processor. Another question, should i buy a GTX 670 used or GTX 950 new ? Because 670 used is cheap and identical as GTX 950

Neither. Get the RX 460 or RX 470 coming at the end of the month. Whitchever you can afford. The RX 460, atleast, should be around the 950 pricepoint if not lower. Definitely worth the wait.

Solution

Definitely. Alot better price/performance and perfromance/watt(less heat, noise and stress on the PSU).
This new GPU generation looks to be excellent for both Nvidia and AMD.
Nvidia have concentrated on the high-end for now, and AMD are going for middle an low cost gaming, again, for now.
Both are doing so with great offers.
