Questions

Is the case big enough?
Do I need fans if I'm not planning on overclocking?
I'm not sure what I'll get when I buy the components, could you give me some multiple choices on Motherboard-RAM-PSU-Case?
Should I get a lower wattage PSU?

Solution
I cleaned up your build a bit with newer better options. You don't really NEED any additional fans but adding one or two extra would not hurt. A solid 550w psu would be plenty for your build and mine, but this is a great deal on a great 750w psu. The 200R is a decent size case and has plenty of room inside. I prefer the slightly more expensive 300R though or the NZXT S340 if you won't be using a disc drive. I would also recommend waiting for the newer video cards about to be released. The 970 is great, but $300 should get you better soon.

There is little reason not to go with the newer Skylake cpu platform now. I also added a 250GB ssd.

CPU: Intel Core...
What is your budget? Your build is all over the place in regards to your questions. Such as, do you need extra fans if you aren't going to overclock, yet, you have a build designed to overclock. There are places to save some money though I think. What is the purpose for the pc? Gaming, work, etc.?
