Im getting very bad preformance in games suddenly
I Wanted to play a round of overwatch and when i got into a game i was only getting around 20 fps which is much less than the usual ~120 i get, i checked precision x and the gpu was barley being utilized and the clock was around 1100mhz, i started up witcher 3 to check there and while it wasnt as bad i still lost about 15fps and the gpu utilization was at around 60-70% in precision x. It was working fine yesterday, nothing in my system is overheating, and apart from an avast update nothing on my pc has changed.
Any idea what the problem might be?

Evga Gtx 970 SC
8GB Ram
