Weird Artifacts after driver crash with 560ti only in game

Was having weird artifacts with my 3 year old Zotac 560ti.I gave it for RMA and the replaced one ran good for 10 days and having the same problem.Already tried rolling back drivers,fresh install using driversweeper,cleaning the card.Screenshots below:http://imgur.com/6sBtYFm

If you see the chrome one there is blue line in top.

Hello... This GPU is acting bad too... it's the hardware fault here... It's is a older model... need a upgrade suggestion?
The Only thing left on my repair list is... to try is a Firmware flash to the GPU card... or RMA

Are you having the same problems? Is this is a manufacturing defect in these cards? I already RMA this card twice.

I had similar problem with my HD 7950, it was because my drivers crashed and recovered when i was OC'n, had to reboot and fix'd
