Super slow upload speed. How do I fix it?

For few days i am getting horrible upload speed. It takes 10 mints to send a pic on messenger. Google drive keeps showing waiting for upload. Nothing ia working. But download speed hasn't changed. I tried everything said on the net. How do I fix it? What is causing this?

You need to contact your ISP. You can't fix your internet speed just like that. You can check cables, restart router/modem on default but that's it.
