Can I use OEM Windows On Any Computer After Deleting It From The First One ?

If I bought an OEM Windows 8.1 and installed it on PC "A" then with time I deleted the key on PC "A" and installed it on PC "B" . will the key work or will it get invalidated by MS ?

I tried to find an answer to this question but seems it is too complicated to give an answer straight away by yes or no ...
and please don't answer it unless you are 100% sure.

It is licensed to the first PC is it installed on.
You might get lucky if you call MS, but they are under no obligation to allow that to be used on a different PC.
