16 GB usb flash cant format

2 day ago, i bought kingston usb drive 16 gb .. It was working perfectly i put more than 500 audio songs in it. I was using it with mp3, all were good but yesterday suddenly mp3 stopped. After connected it to computer it said to format it but failed with error "Windows was unable to complete format". I tried every way i knew. I used disk part, disk management and other format tools like sd formatter but failed ...................... is my flash drive dead???

Hey there, Lubna_

Having in mind everything you've already tried, I'd say that it might have failed. However you could give it another round with everything on a different computer, just to be sure. If you are still unable to format and use it properly, I'd recommend that you go to the reseller you got it from and get it replaced (RMA it).
