I got a problem with my Bios every time i trying to enter my UEFI Bios the screen freezes I cannot move the mouse, use the keyboard and there is no fan monitor everything on the screen froze. But i can boot like normal. I tried the CMOS reset thingy using the remove battery and jumper method but still freezing. But when i go to windows my time and date resets so it means that my bios is in default settings.

Try removing all rear inputs except keyboard and mouse. Also, within the motherboard, disconnect all fans except for cpu fan and disconnect any usb headers. Furthermore, if you are still freezing, remove any pcie based add in cards including graphics cards if you have integrated graphics and can test without it. Strip the machine bare basically.
