Solution
Short Answer: no:

Long answer: Depends. Upgrading your PSU (normally to higher wattage and a certified one) make you able to overclock components and gain more fps (10-15 more fps). Worth it? Depends of you.
If you don't have any idea for OC, then no, don't worth.

Well my PC does shutdown randomly. My CPU and GPU are pretty decent and should not shutdown like it does, don't you think the PSU is not handling my gpu and cpu?

Unless your current power supply is so poor that your PC is struggling to run its current parts, a PSU upgrade won't directly affect gaming performance outside of the ability to use more powerful components or overclocking. Now, your PSU is pretty poor, but a 750ti uses very little power.

To improve your gaming performance, you'll need to upgrade your GPU which will necessitate a better quality power power supply. And if you improve the GPU a lot, then you may want to change platforms. It really depends on your needs and budget.
