My computer has been giving me the following beep code, and I have been unable to find what it means online:

4 short
1 long
2 short

My motherboard is: 970A-G43

This computer has been previously working with the exact same hardware for a year or two, so it should all be compatible. This probably only started occurring after I had to fight a virus off of my computer with malwarebyte's anti-malware.

Another thing that I should mention is sometimes, my computer starts up normally. Not very often, but if I try a bunch of times, it may do it like 1 out of every 15 tries. I have no clue what causes it to work, and once it is started up, it works perfectly fine until the next time I shut it down.

Anyway, I have no clue how to solve this, any suggestions are appreciated! Thank you

Any suggestions on what I could do to fix it? Do I need to replace the motherboard?

I bought a new motherboard, 970A-G46. After I installed it, the computer still does the same thing, except now it doesn't beep. The monitor still doesn't turn on. Are there any other suggestions?
