Won't let me restore my Windows 8.1 PC to factory settings

So I try to restore my Windows 8.1 PC to factory settings, but when I, It says that a problem occured and no changes were made. Sound doesnt work and no connection. That happened after I installed a new driver for my graphics card so I know I messed up because of that so that is why I will make a restore, but it wont let me. Help PLEASE

Your recovery partition may unfortunately be corrupt. If the OS was pre installed you can always try to contact the manufacturer for recovery media, or you can try and install a raw windows 8.1 and find drivers from the manufacturers site.

A System Restore to a date before you changed the driver should be enough to get round the problem.

Press the Windows key and R together and type
rstrui
into the Run box and hit Enter.

Sorry Saga, will not happen again. NocturnalPig, thing is I can't get on the internet so I can't even download :/ I know I am in a bad situation but is there no other solutions?

When I found myself In that spot I would always use another PC to download my drivers and then transfer them over via USB.Got Another machine at your disposal?

Download the LAN/Wifi drivers from the manufacturers website and put them on a usb, cd, dvd etc. Insert the media into the problematic computer and install your drivers.
