Will a GTX 750Ti work properly with an i3-2120 (3.30 GHz) without a bottleneck..Or will it damage it ? I hear that GTX 750Ti requires an i5 quad core or something. Is it true ?? Thankss :)

As long as a CPU and PSU can support a graphics card, it will work well. The 750Ti and i3-2120 will work well, there shouldn't be (if any, very little and not you wouldn't notice) bottlenecks. If you don't already own a 750Ti, you should get a GTX 950/960, they're both a lot better than the 750Ti (assuming your PSU can hold it).

Well the gtx 950/960 is a bit expensive..So I checked the gtx 750 Ti and I felt good about it but I really have no idea in the world of GPUs. But it's a decent card isn't it ?

I have one called iRock but I can't remember anything else about it, however it's very very cheap and the guy at the store assured me that it won't work with the gtx 750 Ti and he's probably right cause I currently have a GeForce 210 running on it (it still exists yes xD). And he told me to buy a PSU that is required by all high cards but I can't remember the name or the model..he's selling it tho.

Also, what do you mean by: "it draws little to no power" ?

I don't know any PSU name by the name of iRock, I wouldn't trust it. What I mean by it consuming little-to-no power is that is your PSU doesn't have to be big on wattage like lots of other modern cards, it draws in 60W under max load. Buying a reputable PSU brand would be a wise choice (Antec, EVGA, some Corsair, Seasonic).

Yes, it uses its power correctly with as little power as needed. The fans do take care of the heating problem
