i have an LGA1366 Xeon W3540, which will need some cooling. i might look at a cheap liquid AIO, but i like how air coolers look. but i'm also cheap (thrifty).
what's the best choice for this power level and socket type? i'm in Canada, so my first shopping choices are NCIX and CanadaComputers. the stuff from Newegg.ca costs money to ship, which goes against keeping under a budget.
i don't have a case in mind yet - i guess the size of the cooler will dictate which case i can look at. but it'll be mATX for sure since it's a mATX board.
