Overclock not showing on CPU z

My overclock is not being shown in CPU z and I've got the non turbo clock on 4.2 ghz and turbo and eist on 4.7 ghz on my 2500k on Sapphire p67
On the multiplier on CPU z it goes up to 47 but on my clock speed the max it goes is 3700 mhz

I've set have enabled EIST and turbo
I changed non turbo clock to 42
Turbo clock is 47 on all cores
Vcore is 1.350
This is all the changes I've done and visualisation is off
On 3dmark my oc isn't recognized and is says the stock speeds of 3.3 ghz to 3.7 ghz
CPU z recognises the multiplier but not the clock speed as nothing goes over 3700
I'm using a sapphire p67 pure black, i5 2500k and 8gb hyper x beast 1600

What cooler are you running and what are your temps?
