My Gaming Computer gets 20 frames on Low

For some reason, my gaming computer that I built can barely run games. It ran games perfectly but when I installed Windows 10, it went to crap. Some games like Garry's Mod or Fallout 3 get like 80 frames but then drops to 10. I do not know why it does this. I also updated all of my drivers.


PC Specs:
Nvidia GTX 970 2GB
Intel Core i5-4590 CPU @ 3.30GHz
8.00 GB Ram DDR3
MSi Z975 SLI Krait Edition Motherboard
1000 Watt Power Supply

The Windows 10 upgrade process has been known to mess up some systems. First thing you might want to try is using Display Driver Uninstaller to completely remove your graphics driver, and then do a clean installation of your graphics driver. If that doesn't work, you may want to consider just doing a clean install of Windows 10, removing any left over stuff from Windows 7 that might be causing issues.
